Moaning as a parent of despair, how can we overcome it?
Unconscious complaining is an integral part of our daily lives. Complaints are the best means of self-expression that we use for a variety of reasons - to get attention, to avoid responsibility, to judge failure, and perhaps even to gain power.
If you have chronically complaining people around you, try to stay away from them. However, if you find this problem in yourself, there are simple ways you can fix the situation:
1 Change your vision: Instead of focusing on your goal, you should focus on the ways and means of achieving it.
Talk to friends about specific ways to fulfill desires, not what you want them to be.
2 Turn Problems Into Action: You are likely to run into a lot of problems along the way. Instead of talking about them endlessly,
I recommend that you talk to others about specific actions to overcome the problems,
this way you may get more support and useful advice.
Always finish grumbling in a positive mood: Sometimes, we just want to sit down and grumble endlessly with people dear and trusted to us,
which is one of the best and therapeutic ways to get rid of negative emotions and thoughts,
but always remember to end the meeting on a positive wave after grumbling. Try to see, appreciate and celebrate positive events despite the problems in your life.
4 Try to reprimand others less: In other cases, other people become the source of our grumbling. Those who disappointed us.
Of course it is important to share the negative experiences of your life with those around you, but at the same time I recommend that you always put yourself in someone else's shoes.
The more you talk about someone else's bad, the less attractive you become in the eyes of others.
